This experiential 2-day workshop will equip you with the confidence to inspire and lead your team in the right way, by doing the right things at the right times!

This workshop will suit those who have fairly recently been appointed to a role where they have people reporting into them, or for those who have had no formal leadership development. This workshop would also be suitable for those whose teams have or are rapidly expanding.
