Based in  Surrey, we use a remote talent pool of highly skilled associates who can work in up to 16 languages plus can use in excess of 50 psychometric tools and all the virtual platforms that the world expects of us these days. 

We have consultants who live in London, Maidstone, Reading, Bristol, Manchester and we can support clients nationwide.

We work to a simple formula: a can do ethos, values that are much more than words on paper, and the agility to find the best way to deliver for each client - whether that's getting the right person with the right background for the project, pricing competitively or just innovative ideas that make a real commercial difference.

Since opening in 2001 we have built our reputation on the delivery of a highly professional Human Resources and Learning & Development (L&D) services to a large number of businesses large and small in the private, public and third sectors.  We have worked with over 60 Government Bodies, 50 Small and Medium sized business where they do not have the in house capacity. Our clients love working with People Vision because of the way we work, we are responsive and efficient, and they always come back for more! We are a member of the Good Business Charter and have some wonderful reviews on Trustpilot.
