This full day event looks at the vital aspects of equality, diversity and inclusion that all public sector organisations need to be aware of, including the legal position and best practice for promoting diversity inclusion in the workplace and service delivery.


It allows time for participants to explore Diversity and Inclusion in a comprehensive way adding real application to the workplace and across service delivery.

  • Practice the skills of challenging inappropriate language, behaviours, and actions

  • Explore how to harness diversity and inclusion to build better teams and providebetter services:

    • Leadership and organisational commitment

    • Understanding and working with communities

    • Responsive services and customer care

    • Diverse and engaged workforce

  • Identify practical actions to create a more productive, healthier, and mutually supportive culture

  • Action planning to embed learning for the future.
