Session Overview

This is an introduction to the nine Team Roles as identified and researched by Dr Meredith Belbin. Learn about the behaviours and contributions that each member makes. Understand how to maximise team strengths and minimise weaknesses, creating an environment where individuals feel valued, motivated and are more productive. Building a great team is an art and a science.

Who’s it For?
Anyone who has line management responsibility, in particular heads of department, managers, team leaders and supervisors. Team coaches and group mentors would also find this workshop of benefit.
