Working from home might have seemed ideal a year ago but now, we’re all too familiar with the issues that come with remote working. Dealing with social isolation and dips in morale can be difficult. However, personal wellbeing is at the heart of overcoming these and this session can help you make the most of it. After this course, you will be able to: ‘Pick yourself up’ and keep motivated throughout the day. Create separation between your work and home life. Manage and prioritise both your work and domestic responsibilities. Combine all of the above to minimise stress levels maximizing productivity and positivity.

Meet our speaker, Jo Peruzza:

Manchester is where she lives, and the Mind is what she works with! Working virtually or in a classroom setting Jo Purezza was a Mental Health Nurse for 25 years + and therefore has an exceptional clinical understanding of Mental Health. As a specialist in addictions and the impact that has on employees and their co-workers in the workplace Jo is very motivated to embed wellness strategies across all organisations.
