Wanted - 100 Virtual Meeting Hosts
Rate: £190 per day
Please forward to other capable chums you have who love working virtually (no need to be a trainer or consultant just experienced in virtual meetings)
Hosts wanted for an "Adobe Connect" call. (Similar to Zoom and MS Teams). You must be available Sat 14th and Sun 15th May. 9am-5pm (days likely to be shorter - specific timing TBC.)
Main responsibilities for the host role:

Be in the virtual classroom for the duration of the event

Work in partnership with a second host

Support the presenters throughout the session with navigation around Adobe Connect as required

Carry out some administrational tasks, for example, register attendance for delegates

Meet and greet delegates as they arrive and carry out audio checks

Assist delegates with technical issues if necessary; provide support information as required

Provide feedback at the end of the session

You will not be seen or heard but you need to be in the background to work on chat to support the session leader with the technical aspects of the virtual call assisting the 30 delegates in your room. There is also a technical support team to call upon if you need more help.

You will need to think on your feet, be calm under pressure and have the confidence to use technologies such as Zoom or MS Teams.

You will need to have your own laptop/desktop and access to a stable internet connection.

You will be shown how to use "Adobe Connect" in advance if you are unfamiliar. The training session will be in your own time.

You will invoice People Vision £190 per day and paid in 30 days.
