Why Attend?
The last 12 months have not been fun. We’ve been trapped in social isolation, unable to see friends or family, as a once-in-a-generation pandemic swept the globe. Many have tried to make the best of it but for some, the pandemic has pushed their mental health into a downward spiral ending in depression. This is a complex illness whose full effects are still not fully understood nor appreciated. At People Vision we want to change this and educate on the debilitating impact of depression, with that aim we’ve put together this session for employers and employees alike.

Meet our speaker, Jo Purezza:
Manchester is where she lives, and the Mind is what she works with! Working virtually or in a classroom setting Jo Purezza was a Mental Health Nurse for 25 years + and therefore has an exceptional clinical understanding of Mental Health. As a specialist in addictions and the impact that has on employees and their co-workers in the workplace Jo is very motivated to embed wellness strategies across all organisations.
