Neil Armstrong would never have stepped foot on the moon had it not been for the tireless efforts of a team of scientists and engineers. It's clear that great teamwork can take you quite literally to the moon. However, teamwork does not happen overnight nor does it come about by chance. Nevertheless this session can help you achieve it: first by understanding team development, and then by applying key team working skills.
