The 1-Day Workshop for managers, supervisors and team leaders covers all the vital areas where stress in the workplace is concerned, including the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders.
Overall, the workshop provides a complete guide to understanding workplace stress, from the initial ways to recognise signs, symptoms and causes through to providing attendees with tips, tools and techniques on how to relieve problem areas.
The theme throughout the workshop is how to spot warning signs early enough to prevent a potentially difficult situation from arising in the future, both from a managerial and team member viewpoint.
There are four personal profiling assessments for attendees to complete during the workshop. The assessments will provide a personal insight into how stress may be affecting you and will also give the opportunity to reflect on your team members and how they cope with stress.
The workshop also includes syndicate work and case studies for the group to evaluate thereby making it a very interactive session. We will also introduce the Stress Diary that will help attendees monitor their own pressure points going forward.
As stress is not just confined to the workplace, time is spent exploring work/life balance and wellbeing, which is an extremely important topic for all employees and all companies.
