RETURN TO WORK INTERVIEWS

Session Overview

Effective return to work interviews are critical as they reduce the future occurrence of absence. More than this, they are helpful to an organisation, identifying problems in the workplace or at home which impact on work. Furthermore, they illustrate the importance an organisation places on attendance management. Therefore, It is essential that return to work interviews are conducted because they show employees that: you have noticed their absence; you are concerned about their absence; and you want to help them improve their attendance record.
