Office Social Distancing
Why Attend?

It’s been a long year but finally, organisations are preparing to welcome employees back to the workplace. However, many are discovering that this is more complicated than it sounds. The workplace needs to be made suitable for social distancing, whilst employees may present their managers with further concerns such as transport issues and personal safety to name a few. It is critical that organisations have an action plan to deal with these problems should they arise to ensure a smooth return to the workplace. This session can give you all the tools needed to do so.

After this session, you will be able to:
  • Put together and execute an effective plan for the return of your employees.

  • Identify and prioritise the concerns of your employees.

  • Re-introduce employees to the workplace in an informative and understanding manner.

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient return that will have business back to normal as quickly as possible.
