Role Title: Evolve Academy Project and Programme Management Trainer
Number of resources required (Please name preferred associate here) 1-2 for now though through delivery more trainers may be required to meet the training demand for the Evolve Academy Project and Programme Management courses.
Preferred Start Date: ASAP/Feb 2019
End Date: 2020 TBC
Total Duration/number of days: 3 days per week during Feb - Sep
If less than 5 days per week please detail 3 days per week during Feb – Sep. Actual dates to be confirmed. Course development element of the role required during Feb – Apr. Training delivery element (days to be scheduled by KP as part of their development and management of the Academy.
Location: Please include address or state if working from home Initially this role(s) will be located in the Copyright Building, 30 Berners Street, Fitzrovia, London. We would expect the individual to work from this location for c. 3 days per week during Feb – April as they work with us to build the content for the courses.
Professional Qualifications Required: The individual should be a suitably qualified and experienced Project and Programme Manager trainer with experience of delivering many instances (e.g. experience of delivering at least 10 courses) of PRINCE2 and MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) to both Project and Programme Managers. It is not essential but would be desirable if they themselves also had experience of Project and Programme Delivery in a Professional/Business Services environment.
As well as delivery of courses they also need the relevant experience in developing courses and course content. Whilst much of the Evolve content, based on the best practice of PRINCE2 and MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) is provided (in terms of method and process) it will need interpreting and bringing to life as part of the development of the course content and materials.
Details of Requirement: We need this trainer/ these trainers to:

Lead the development of the Project Management and Programme Management classroom training courses

Lead on building the content (slide deck, facilitators guides, materials) for both the Project Management and Programme Management classroom training courses, building on the existing Evolve content and PRINCE2/MSP best practice as set out in the Evolve Knowledge Centre, proactively engaging with SMEs as required.

Lead the delivery of the courses with Evolve colleagues/SMEs in support.

Engage with delivery partners Brightwave as required to ensure e-learning and classroom courses and content are optimally aligned.

Ensure a high level of quality throughout, ensuring the courses reflect the best practice of MSP and PRINCE2 as set out through the content on the Evolve Knowledge Centre and ensure the courses themselves are of high quality, engaging and successful.
We will only be able to consider and accept trainers who possess strong Project and Programme Management training experience and credentials - candidates for this position would have to have delivered PRINCE2/MSP on multiple occasions and be recognised as possessing a high degree of expertise in these areas/disciplines.
We would expect the individual to work alongside the Evolve team in the Copyright building for c. 3 days per week during Feb – April as they work with us to build the content for the courses (they will be responsible for leading this course development process), using the existing content on the Evolve Knowledge Centre (which is based on PRINCE2 and MSP methods) and interpret that as required to ensure a high quality classroom course is developed, tested and then rolled out to the Capita Project and Programme Managers.
