Session Overview

This programme is about recognising the unique strengths of each individual within a group and bringing that diversity together to reach a common goal. NLP Teams will be of great benefit to both managers and team members. The former will develop a unique set of communication tools and learn how to maximise the core motivational factors within the team whilst the latter will learn to value the different characteristics of their colleagues.

How the Course is Structured:

​Participants will set their individual learning goals at the beginning of the course in order to maximise the learning experience and will benefit from an experiential and pragmatic approach to learning. The course will provide a balance of presentation, demonstration and experiential exercises.The coaching and feedback loop will be used to give self and others feedback on their learning and development
