Mediation Training - 6 Days
Session Overview
This is a 6 day course aimed at training individuals in the skills, tools and techniques they need to be competent mediators. The course will teach you how to manage the mediation process, the skills you need while working with individuals and the different approaches you can take while working with parties in the joint meeting. The course will also enable you to explore your own attitudes towards conflict and how these can help (and hinder) your ability to mediate.
