Dealing with Long COVID
Whilst COVID-19 may only remain in your system for 14 days, symptoms can persist for weeks, even months. These include a number that can negatively impact working life, such as fatigue, anxiety and depression. With studies suggesting that 1 in 10 people are likely to experience Long COVID, a significant proportion of your workforce could be debilitated by Long COVID. Therefore, it is vital that your organisation educates employees on how to cope and ensure continued productivity.
