Role: Learning Designer

Rate: £320 Per Day

 
Start: No later than 17/2/2020

Duration: 28 Days in Total

​

Location: Flexible – Ideally based partly out of Reading but not critical. Ability to travel to client sites if required. 
 
Job Spec:

​

• I’m looking for an instructional designer/ learning designer with sound expertise of modern learning theories, methodologies and approaches.

• Someone with experience in a corporate or managed learning services environment. 

• Experience with developing blended learning courses and programmes. 

• Familiarity with rapid authoring tools and e-learning development software is a plus (Adobe CC, Captivate, Storyline). 

• Adept at building strong working relationships with customers, clients and stakeholders at all levels.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity. Ideally based partly out of Reading but not critical.

• Able to work at pace and remotely. 

• Ability to travel to client sites if required.
