Learning Designer
Day Rate: £340
Start Date: Starting in the next couple of weeks.
Location: Flexible – working from home (England or Scotland)
On Site Meetings: Meetings with the Client will be required, and travel costs will be paid for this. Location mutually convenient.
Duration: 3 days Per/Week for 2 months. May be increased.

Purpose
To design a set of innovative learning interventions to support the creation of a development programme to improve the technical, engineering and commercial awareness of all Project Managers and Project Engineers for a national building engineering services company. -
Position Reports To Director of Engineering Services

Main responsibilities (day to day activities that you need to deliver above)
- Designing and evaluating innovative learning solutions.
- Working with subject matter experts to understand the learning need.
- Taking raw course material and crafting into experiential/impactful learning experiences.
- Creating facilitator guides.
- Producing supporting materials to support learning initiatives.
- Training subject matter experts to deliver and use webinar technology to support learning.
- Liaising with key stakeholders. -
Local Variation
- Some travel to office sites in the UK maybe be required. -
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Innovative and creative
- Able to assimilate technical material
- Excellent design skills
- Excellent communication and influencing
- Excellent knowledge of Learning design theory
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
