As more day-to-day Human Resources administration is delegated to Personal Assistants, secretaries and administration personnel, especially in small and medium sized organisations, these roles are evolving. This course is aimed at those in these positions who are embarking on taking more responsibility in Human Resources; this course provides a broad overview of key Human Resources issues.
