People Vision have been invited into organisations on many occasions to help remedy a difficult situation pre or post employment. Sometimes we do mediation if a situation is unbearable and both employee and employer have the good will to rebuild the relationship.
We may have to help an organisation investigate an issue where a grievance has been raised or before an employer may want to take the next steps to the investigate prior to commencing the disciplinary process.
