Session Overview

Emotional Intelligence, or EQ, differentiates outstanding performers from the average. It has been found to be twice as important for success in business as cognitive ability and technical expertise combined. People with high EQ handle stress better, are assertive, interact well with customers and colleagues, are happier overall and have a more flexible approach. This course will equip participants with tools and techniques to help them use emotions more effectively in their daily interactions at work with customers, in meetings, interviews, negotiations and in all their interpersonal relationships
