Embrace Training Programme Case Study
Outcome Sought
The Embrace programme was introduced to enhance and improve the future capabilities of the ethnic minority members within the Business. The aim of this programme was to:

Build individuals personal and business competencies and confidence.

Grow potential and enhance career progression.

Drive the HMRC agenda to be more customer focussed.

Encourage staff to seek continuous improvement.
Approach
Facilitators delivered the workshops for 70 members in London, Birmingham and Preston.

Successes
Due to constructive feedback and equipping the delegates with the right support, tool and techniques, 1:1 coaching HMRC have experienced an improvement in their employees confidence, engagement and performance. Many members achieving job promotions and attribute this success to the Embrace Learning Programme.
Experiencing the success of the 2014 programme, HMRC approved for this initiative to continue in 2015 and we have now been asked to provide the following learning events to the new cohorts.
