Disciplinary and Grievance
Disciplinaries can be expensive and stressful for both parties, especially if handled incorrectly. To make it fair, employment laws and legislation are there to protect the employee and the employer. Our Disciplinary and Grievance Training will help you resolve problems early, avoid escalating to a more serious level and reduce the risk of an expensive tribunal.
