In this course we provide valuable information on how Human Resource Business Partnering (HRBP) operates in practice and discuss the required business partnering skills of those individuals working within the Human Resources (HR) function within an organization.   

 This course aims to develop your knowledge and skills of Business Partnering to enable you to build credibility to influence key business stakeholders. You will gain insights on what it means to be a ‘business savvy’ HR professional, understand and speak the financial language of business, and appreciate the important role of HR analytics in developing an evidence-based approach to HR.

  • HR Metrics Implementation. What is it and how does it work? Understand the importance of metrics implementation and be able to accurately evaluate your current metrics implementation and how well it works for you and your workforce. 

  • Workforce Scorecard. What is a workforce scorecard and how does it work? Understand what the workforce scorecard is and how it works. Be able to evaluate your own scorecard and whether it is working for you. 

  • HR KPI. What is a HR KPI and why do we measure it? Be able to accurately describe what a HR KPI is, why it is used and how we use it. 

  • Metrics and Analytics. Learn how to measure metrics and analytics and understand why it is so important to measure them. 

Strategy and Finance 

  • Business Finance Essentials. What are the essentials of Business Finance? Do you understand them? Be able to accurately explain what the essentials of business finance are and to be able to evaluate your own practices to ensure you have the essentials. 

  • Business Strategy Essentials. What are the Strategy Essentials? Do you know them? Be able to accurately explain what the Business Strategy Essentials are and how we can use them in business. Understand why they are essentials and be able to use them accurately. 

  • Customer Service Essentials. What are the customer service essentials and why do we use them? Understand why they are used and how to apply them to your own business. 

Consulting 

  • Research and Analysis. What is research and analysis? Understand how to properly conduct research and learn how to accurately analyze things. Be able to successfully apply these skills to your working life. 

  • Networking and Communication. How important is networking and communication? Learn the importance of these skills in the workplace how to use them, how to develop these skills and how to use them effectively.
