Session Overview

We live life at a busy and frantic pace these days, for the most part this is fun but the pace has a knock on effect on the way we communicate with our friends and colleagues. This may result as an example in poorly written emails which are unwelcome into the recipient’s mailbox. This session will give you the opportunity to reflect on your own communication style both written and verbal so that you may get the best out of those you communicate with.

Grammar- "Getting it Write"

  • Consider the audience

  • Concise and clear messages

  • Precise and concise instructions that encourage action

  • The importance of preparing team and client messages correctly​

Changing Behaviours
  • ​Risks to not changing

  • Sharing learning on actual examples of poor communications

  • Coaching post training activity to ensure a real change​
