Belbin Team Roles - 1 DAY

Session Overview

This seminar serves as an introduction to the nine Team Roles as identified and researched by Dr Meredith Belbin. Building a strong and effective team can be a tricky task, however, our Belbin Team Roles specialist can help you accomplish it. The session will teach you about the behaviours and contributions that can be expected in each of the nine roles.  Using this as a base, you will learn how to maximise a team's strengths and minimise its weaknesses. Then, you will leave the session able to create an environment where your team members feel valued and motivated and, as a result, are more productive.

Who’s it For?
This seminar can and will benefit all those who hold line management responsibility, in particular heads of department, managers, team leaders and supervisors. Team coaches and group mentors may also find this workshop beneficial.
