Case Study – British Contract Furnishing Association

Challenge

Anjana Rajani and Jo Perruzza worked on a brief with Nadia Hussain the Marketing Lead and established the key challenges their members were facing was returning to the workplace.

​

The following was decided as the agenda:

​

• Your well-being, self-care and resilience

• Managing change, stress and anxiety in your workforce

• How to lead and motivate a remote team effectively

• Helping our teams return into the workforce 

• Supporting others with mental health issues

• Homeworking – being productive and reducing tensions at home

Action

​

We quickly responded to their request, sought to understand the challenges and put together a bespoke taster program to meet the needs of the members and their furloughed employees. We delivered the session on Zoom and engaged 30+ delegates on the call for 60 minutes.

 

Results

​

The interactive taster session was planned for just 60 minutes on Zoom and because of the positive engagement and participation of the members we answered some Questions and Answers on the call. The audience was keen to share experiences and feedback to others on the chat function and we created a great sense of community.

 

Outcome

​

A successful taster with excellent feedback Jeremy has asked us to deliver a follow up session in July 2020. Potentially on addressing Mental Health in the Workplace.
