I am passionate about people, travel and working with others to create meaningful memories. I like to take on new challenges where I can put my skills to use. My strengths are relationship building, Management, negotiation and a passion for Sales/communication both in business and in the outdoors. My skills include creative thinking, time-Sales Management, organisation and being very self motivated. It gives me great satisfaction when I see a goal I have set become reality. Working within Apprenticeships and Skills Training is my dream job. Its great to start with an employer who has little knowledge within this area and support them through to recruiting their potential star employee of the future. Going back in years later and meeting the apprentices that are now supervisors, Managers and even Company Directors... There's no better feeling than knowing you were part of that success.
