Apprentice Scheme Coordinator - London

Location: Mostly from home but on occasion in London

​

Start Date: ASAP

Day Rate: TBC but in the region of £225 per day

Sector: Waste Management

 

We have a client looking for a Coordinator of a Small Apprentice Scheme in London. 

The role is a 2 days a week role. The key tasks are to carry out the following with a variety of lighterage and engineering apprentices:
 

• Advertise the roles working with local education providers

• Select and Recruit

• Scope out Training required

• Performance Manage

• Evaluate all training provided

• Measure programme success

• Liaise with key stakeholders

 
There are 6 in apprentice posts currently growing to no more than 20 by the end of 2022.
 
You may be involved in designing career events and the development of an academy with cross function synergy.
