Session Overview
Carrying out appraisal interviews to review progress, assess performance, identify training needs and set targets with established deadlines have vital benefits to both the organisation and the individual. This course instructs on how to prepare, structure and run an appraisal interview. and enables delegates to make use of the strategies and enter future appraisal interviews with increased confidence and aptitude. Furthermore, we offer an optional addition to the course: examination of any appraisal documentation currently in use and suggestion of improvements where required.
