Privacy policy

People Vision Ltd takes your privacy seriously. We will never sell, rent or disclose your personal information to any third party without your consent. Unless you give People Vision Ltd express permission to act otherwise, the following privacy policy will guide the way we treat the personal information you provide to us.

The data we collect and why we collect it

There are a number of forms on this site which you can use to contact us. Each form asks for your name, job title, organisation and contact details. We will not collect personal data from you unless you provided it voluntarily. So if you would rather not give us your telephone number, for example, please do not submit it. However, if you require a response to your query we will need some way of making contact. You need only supply one contact method if you wish, but the more details you provide the easier it is for us to respond.

On some of the forms you can ask to be added to our mailing and emailing lists. We need your express permission to add your details to these lists, otherwise we will simply use the data you supplied to make contact and follow up the specific enquiry you submitted.

By asking to be added to our mailing lists you will receive invitations to People Vision Ltd events, useful reports and also marketing literature which we think will be of interest. We will never share these lists with third parties and you can opt out of receiving information from People Vision Ltd whenever you wish. We include an ‘opt out’ function on all email marketing broadcasts that we send. Paper-mailings can be returned to the sender and they will arrange for your name to be removed from our mailing list.

If you ask to be included, we will add your name to our central database of contacts. If you want to see the data we hold about you on this database simply ask your People Vision Ltd contact.

Tracking data

When you use People Vision Ltd.com, we will track certain information how you use the site. This will include the pages you visit, the URL from which you just came, which URL you go to next, what browser you are using, and your IP address. This is simply used to help us improve the site, discover which pages are most popular, and identify which links on other sites are working well for us.

Cookies

We do not put cookies onto your computer when you use our site.

Where the data goes

When you hit the send button on a form, your data is automatically saved on a secure server based in the UK. While we make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.

How to contact us

If you have any questions about this privacy statement please email info@pvhr.com or call 0845 4599710.
