New Manager Training

Session Overview

The step up to manager, supervisor or team leader is always a big one... expectations are high from your seniors, your peers and your team. This workshop is designed to give participants the essential skills required of them and boost confidence as they progress in their first management role. It will ensure new managers get off to a flying start in their management careers.

Who's it For?

Anyone who is about to be appointed or who has recently been appointed to their first management, supervisory or team leader role and wants to "hit the ground running." The workshop will also suit those who aspire to such a role within the next 12 months and those who may have been in such a role for a few months but have had no formal development.
