As a delegate to the BHTA Conference 2012 in Manchester I found Alyson’s talk on "7 Secrets to Exceptional People Management" thought provoking and very useful. She has a practical hands on approach to HR which I found refereshing and she had sound down to earth answers to a variety of questions. Alyson’s presentation techniques were excellent and she made a potentially dry subject come alive! She also sent me some useful information after the conference.
