Terms and Conditions
| 1. | The service is a telephone and email support service. Any on-site assistance is charged at an agreed hourly rate. |
| 2. | All emails will be responded to in 24 hours. |
| 3. | All telephone calls will be responded to in three hours. |
| 4. | A minimum of three months contract initially with a one month notice on either side. |
| 5. | The contract will be reviewed every six months. |
| 6. | There will be an understanding between the client and People Vision to guarantee that the correct level of attention is applied at all times to correlate with the terms of the agreement. |
By agreement People Vision also offer an hourly rate service for NON retained clients.
