Outplacement - Working with a selection of staff at all levels who were "at risk" of redundancy to coach them in readiness for job interviews and assisting them on polishing up their CV's.

Outplacement - Working with a group of "at risk" production line operatives to assist them in writing CV's and prepare them for imminent job interviews.

Outplacement - Assisting senior engineers to understand their career aspirations and creating a plan to achieve that. Supporting them to get the dream job.
