Alyson Pellowe MCIPD established People Vision Ltd in 2001 with the aim of supplying Human Resources Management and Development expertise to organisations that either do not have full-time Human Resources and Development provision or for larger organisations that need some extra support.

People Vision can translate the complex world of Employment Legislation and Employee Development into practical and cost-effective business solutions that support your business strategy.

We can supply skilled senior Human Resources/Learning and Development experts with the experience and knowledge to deliver a variety of short or long term projects.

Where appropriate we can be your ‘Virtual” Human Resource and Development Team. Based in Surrey with many of our clients in London we are happy to work throughout the U.K. to deliver projects.
