Title
Executive Coaching - Tips to finding a fantastic coach
Summary

Executive coaching has become big business over the last ten years and it's not unusual for senior managers to have a coach. With an expansion in the market of potential coaches comes opportunities to be had and pitfalls to avoid. As budgets are under scrutiny it might be a challenge to justify spending on such an expensive approach to development.

Join me and Sharon Green to explore this topic. Sharon has been a professional interim manager for the last five years following a successful career as an HR Development Manager in the public and private sector. Sharon is a qualified coach and uses those skills in her interim work but more importantly she is an experienced purchaser of coaches.

This webinar will focus on:

  • What constitutes a professional coach?
  • When to use them?
  • How do you select and manage them?
  • How do you determine and measure the return on investment?

This is also an opportunity for us all to share our top tips on the effective management of coaching. See you there!
