So what is your organisation going to do about the world cup, are you going to get the TV rigged up in the board room during work time or are you going to ban your people from watching any matches?
Some Top Tips For Employers
1. First of all you need to remember that it is not just the England games that people are going to be interested in. Many people will be supporting other countries. See here for the fixtures list.
2. Host football events for your employees if you have the facilities on site, why not even invite customers and contacts to make the most of the opportunity.
3. Why not consider some flexible working? If it is practical let people make up the hours if they want to go home to watch games.
